this is the rewards for recruiting and lvls

Lvl 20 and under has no reward but a pat on the back. Nice job

Lvl 20 - 29 = a 2g reward

Lvl 30 - 39 = a 3g reward

Lvl 40 - 49 = a 4g reward

Lvl 50 - 59 = a 5g reward

Lvl 60 - 69 = a 6g reward

Lvl 70 - 79 = a 7g reward

Lvl 80 = a 15g reward

Those are base rewards, bonuses can rewarded if the office asks for a specific class that is to be recruited
