Just to clarify, GoP is not against having alts in the guild. We just like to keep that number to a limit.
So, we are asking our guildies to keep it down to 3 toons in the guild. 1 main, 2 alts. And to please notify either an Arch Angel or the Guild Leader as to who is your alts so we may put in your general note for whose who. If you are found to have more then 3 toons currently in guild you will be notified and asked to which toon(s) you would like to be removed to keep it at 3.
When it comes to ranks of your toons, your main will be the one that moves up in rank. Alts will go no higher then Cherubim.
We've also had members leave and come back, and automatically assume they will get their previous rank back. This is not the case. If you choose to leave guild and come back, you will start on the bottom of the totem pole again and work your way back up. This goes for all our guildies, there is no exception.
If you would like to have a rank switched around for another toon, say a toon that you play more then the other, you may ask a Captain, Arch Angel or the Guild Leader if the ranks can be swtiched out.
